Sign in & connect your account

Connect the desktop app to your Multilo account with the one-click link, or paste a connection key when a firewall blocks the deep link.

Connecting links the desktop app to your Multilo account so agents can call models and your plan’s credits apply. You only do this once per device. Don’t have an account yet? Create one free at multilo.com/signup.

Connect with one click

  1. Start the connection from the app

    On first launch (or from Settings → Account), choose Connect. Multilo opens your browser to confirm the link.
  2. Approve in your browser

    Sign in if needed and approve the connection. Your browser hands the app a secure token using a multilo:// deep link.
  3. You’re connected

    The app confirms the connection and your account, plan, and credits are now active.

Use a connection key

Some antivirus tools and corporate firewalls block the multilo:// deep link. When that happens, use a connection key — the same result, copied and pasted by hand:

  1. Open the connect page

    Visit multilo.com/connect in your browser and sign in.
  2. Copy your connection key

    The page shows a one-time connection key with a copy button.
  3. Paste it into the app

    In Multilo, choose Paste connection key and paste it. The app validates the key before saving, so a bad paste fails safely instead of half-connecting.

Why a key as well as a link?

The deep link is the fast path; the connection key is the reliable fallback for locked-down machines. Both produce the same signed session.

If connecting fails

If neither path works, check that you’re signed in to the right account in your browser, that your system clock is correct (token validation is time-sensitive), and that no VPN is rewriting requests to multilo.com. More fixes are on the install troubleshooting page.
